But when we are constantly giving, it becomes subliminal, which is very powerful, because that’s how you impact people. But at the same time, it’s important because that goes on a subliminal level.

Now hear me out. When something becomes subliminal, you almost go on autopilot, it is a pattern of behavior, especially during the year. So, at this time of the year, what I do is, spend time by myself to evaluate everything in my life, especially internally, psychologically, emotionally, and physically. And I do what a doctor would do, but become my own doctor because the only person that is in tune with yourself is yourself. So, we have to use that to empower ourselves, because no one is going to do that.

So, take the holidays, and spend some time by yourself. Evaluate everything that’s going on, within yourself, and take notes, cheese, you know, this year, I’ve done a lot of this, I’ve done a lot of that, you know, I would like to not do so much of this not to so much of that. And that is the only way that you’re going to really make a difference in 2023. Because, you know, this time of the year, we all think about everything that’s happened. And next year, how we’re going to make things so different. And you and I know after some, you know, couple of months, we go back to that old self. Let’s not get stuck in the same rut and do something.

Remember, if you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always gotten. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and tomorrow expecting different results. You know, I know that’s not going tbo happen. The only way to make that happen is through self-awareness and empowering ourselves to take action. Generally, for a lot of martial arts schools, November and December are challenging months. But for my school, November and December are two of our best months. And we employ a very simple method. There’s a reason why Black Friday only happens once a year.

One of the most powerful ways to increase your sales is through a limited offer. So, for example, we are a program-oriented membership, meaning we don’t offer time membership; we don’t do month-to-month, one-year, two years, or 36 months; we do a goal-oriented program.

💡 Limited-time offers boost sales by creating a sense of scarcity and urgency. Potential customers may believe the product is about to sell out, so they act quickly to buy it.

As some of you may know, we only offer one program, which is a black belt apprenticeship. And there are several ways to pay tuition. One method is, of course, to use installment plans. So, on Black Friday, they could have an opportunity to save a tremendous amount of money by giving them a discount to pay their balance off. We also give them a special offer on testing; we charge a testing fee for every rank.

By paying off the rest of the rank testing fees, they also get a discount. We also have retail packages they have to purchase throughout the course of the apprenticeship program. And one of the ways we do that is by increasing retail sales by giving them a special offer for purchasing their packages in advance, which they can only do once a year on Black Friday.
