Your Choices
You may opt out of receiving any or all marketing communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send. If you receive SMS messages from one of our studio business customers that uses Spark Membership’s Services to administer its SMS marketing program, you may opt out by replying STOP to any such SMS message. Your opt-out will apply to messages from that studio business customer.
Some Internet browsers have a “do-not-track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. The Website and App do not currently respond to browser “do-not-track” signals. You may be able to restrict the collection of personal information or functionality through your device’s operating system or by disabling cookies. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms and Conditions
Spark Membership offers SMS messaging programs on behalf of our studio business customers. When you consent to receive SMS messages through one of our studio business customer’s SMS campaigns, depending on the nature of your consent, you may receive marketing messages, including promotional offers, discounts, cart reminders, and other commercial communications and non-marketing messages, including appointment reminders, order confirmation, shipping updates, account alerts, and other information or transactional communication related to your use of the services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of this Policy, mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Please refer to our SMS Terms of Service for more information. You can contact Spark Membership LLC regarding SMS messages at support@sparkmembership.com.
Our Website and App may include links to websites and online services provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of websites or online services provided by third parties. We encourage you to review the applicable privacy policies of such third-party websites and online services if you choose to follow the links provided.

The Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. The nature of our business may require us to receive, collect, use, disclose, or process personal information on behalf of and at the direction of our studio business customers. This Policy does not apply to such activities or personal information. If we process your personal information on behalf of one of our studio business customers and you would like to make a related inquiry or exercise choices that studio business customer may provide, please contact the studio business customer that you interact with directly.
