The only other feature you would have to pay to purchase credits for is the text messaging feature. You pay for how many credits you want to use by buying text credit packages. They are very inexpensive.
Unfortunately, you cannot use your own merchant service company to collect payments through Spark. We have an in-house merchant service which has some of the lowest credit card fees out there.
The monthly fee will be the same whether you have 200 students or 1000. You are locked in at the price you signed up for for life.
You will get on-boarding training sessions that will help you and your team learn Spark. this consists of 1 on 1 training calls you will receive the first month. We want to make sure this is a very easy transition for you.
To provide the best customer support we use the live chat feature. This helps you get a response in less than 5 minutes. We also have a library of articles and videos that you can easily access. We open Monday-Friday 9 am – 6 PM EST, but we are always on call so if any urgent matter comes up we are available to get it fixed for you.
This all depends on how much information your previous software can provide for us. A lot of the information does get sent over, but there could be a few things you might have to export yourself. It is a very easy process.
There is no limit to how many contacts you can store in the system. Everything is backed up in the cloud and there is no need to worry that your account will become slow if you have too much information stored in your Spark account.
Spark is an internet based CRM so as long as you have wifi or internet connection you could log in to your account. Because Spark is so powerful, there might be some features that will work best on a desktop or laptop, but you can quickly pull up Spark on your phone to check certain things.
