Set a Realistic Goal for Yourself

Set a Realistic Goal for Yourself

I wish you enough growth to know that you are capable enough not just as a martial artist but also as a person.

I wish you success to remain humble and grateful.

Set a realistic goal for yourself that you can sustain and once you’ve accomplished them set goals again don’t forget the yin yang effect

For every goal that you want to accomplish make sure you have a plan and more importantly how you keep sustaining the goals that you have accomplished.

Some people work so hard to accomplish their goals but not too many of them have plans to sustain what they have accomplished.

It takes true commitment and discipline, the ability to sustain what we already have, and to keep attaining higher goals.

Never let the success get the best of you.

The Most Uncomfortable Thing to Do as a School Owner

The Most Uncomfortable Thing to Do as a School Owner

Most of us started building our own school because of the impact that the martial arts have on us and it is something that we want to share with the world.

So opening a school is not just a business, but also a passion. And when we are passionate about something, money is the last equation.

I hope all of you realize that we can be passionate and also live the lifestyle of our dreams in martial arts. Our industry is thriving.

It is our nature as human beings that if we do something brand new or do something out of our comfort zone can be challenging.

You have the right to be compensated in return for teaching them the impact and benefits of martial arts, and the way how it impacted you as a school owner.

You can’t put a price tag on confidence, focus and discipline therefore don’t be afraid to ask about the tuition, and don’t be afraid to ask them to pay in full.

This is an investment for the students because the return is greater than the monetary value.

That is one thing you got to start understanding and get comfortable with asking for large amounts of money from your students.

Success Is Not What’s It’s Played Out to Be

Success Is Not What’s It’s Played Out to Be

Success is not what everybody paints it out to be.

Some are blessed and grateful to have achieved an amount of success at such an early age.

During our younger years, we tell ourselves that by the age of 30 we are going to be wealthy.

The most difficult part of success is maintaining it.

Maintaining success is much more challenging than getting to success. Maintaining success is another ballgame.

Successful individuals paint us a picture of the life they have especially on their social media pages.

Whatever industry leaders and marketing gurus – flashing out their cash, cars, and hanging out.

That’s not what success is all about.

Success is the ability to maintain focus, discipline, consistency, and effort combined with evolution and innovation through technology.

Success is challenging, it will test you, having multiple school business owners there will be constant problems coming up all the time.

Make sure that each one of you is evolving and maintaining success.
