  • The referred contact must complete the trial period.
  • The referred contact must convert to a paid Spark Membership account.
  • The referred contact must not be an existing Spark customer or currently in the process of becoming a Spark Membership customer. The form must be submitted by the referred contact, not the referrer (current Spark user).
  • The referring customer must be named by the referred customer in the official Spark Membership form they submitted in order to be credited & rewarded for the submitted referral. (The form below)
  • Program rewards are issued after the referred customer becomes a paying subscriber (after the trial period).
