How to Explain Martial Arts to Your Potential Student

I’d like to go over how to explain martial arts to your potential parent or student and how scientifically martial arts impacts him. This is how it started off. Taekwondo is an ancient art form of Korean martial arts. “Tae” means “foot,” “leg,” or “to step on”; “Kwon” means “fist” or “fight”; and “Do” means the “way” or “discipline.” If we put these three parts together, we can see two important concepts behind “Tae Kwon Do”. And these three areas are very important.

They get to see the essence of being a human being, and that is mind, body, and spirit. Mentally, Taekwondo has a very simple philosophy. We believe the mind is strong; your body is strong.

If your mind is weak, your body is weak. What you think is how you feel. Every action starts with a thought. And one of the most important things that Taekwondo is designed to teach the individual is mental focus. For example, every action starts with a thought.

Taekwondo teaches the mind how to think that thought through from start to finish through mental focus and visualization. So, mentally, Taekwondo teaches you to have a strong mind by controlling your thoughts. Following that, one has a very simple philosophy. If your body is strong, your mind is strong. And your body is the most powerful tool that we possess as human beings. Our bodies are so powerful.

Did you notice our bones are stronger than steel? Not only is it stronger than steel, but seven times stronger than steel. It teaches you how to make your body the ultimate weapon of self-defense. Your body is so powerful that it has the ability to tremendously hurt another human being and martial arts. It teaches you how powerful your body can be in a scientifically proven set of skills. For example, we teach how to make a proper fist. We teach you how to punch properly using the two front knuckles.

Multi Personality Disorder: How It Affects My Everyday Life

Multi Personality Disorder: How It Affects My Everyday Life

I want to make a confession: multiple personality confession. Yes, I have multiple personalities. And so should you.

Here’s why: We, as human beings and individuals, operate on a subconscious level. How we talk, how we do things, how we move, and how we process our thoughts. It’s all subconscious, meaning it’s done in a manner where it’s not something you think about consciously.

Therefore, how we are built is how we express ourselves. But to be a successful entrepreneur and business owner, you’ll have a lot of construction going on here. You have to have multiple personalities. And you have to have the discipline to turn on and off those personalities.

You know, for example, we meet people that are just so nice and kind. But in the business world, that only goes so far. But if you’re too aggressive, too overpowering, that can only go so far. So you have to know when to turn on these attributes when you’re at work, when you’re at home, and you have to have the focus to use that personality to your advantage. So, I want you to think about your general personality and how that personality impacts your work. And there’s a powerful union factor. And there’s also the other Yang factor, which sometimes gets the best of you.

You know, you should have been a little bit more assertive, maybe you should have been more forward, maybe you should have been a little bit more direct or not. So, vice versa. Being consciously aware of this attribute by yourself can make a huge difference. Because you have to have rules and regulations, what you will accept and not accept in your life, in your business life, and in other areas as well.
